Contact Form

I’ve created different contact form templates and tutorials in the past, for example: Bootstrap Contact Forms: 2 Free Templates, Bootstrap Contact Form: How to Add a Dropdown (Select) Field, etc.

Today, I’ve designed another similar form, this time using the latest Bootstrap 5 framework.

The form is made by using Bootstrap’s ready-to-use classes and components as much as possible, and for its validation and sending emails, I’ve used AJAX, jQuery, and PHP.

Until now I have published a lot of forms made with Bootstrap that you can use in your projects: 3 registration forms, 3 login forms and 1 multi-step registration form. Today I’ll add two other forms to this collection, two Bootstrap contact forms that you can download for free.
