Today’s freebie is a working contact form with fullscreen background slideshow. After the success of this login form I decided to create a contact form with the same look. As usual, the form has fields validation and uses PHP and AJAX for sending the messages. A PSD version is also available. Take a look at the live demo below, download the zip file and enjoy!Â
